We were in a cottage near Mont-Tremblant and my daugther had a medical problem. We went to a CLSC in the Mont-Tremblant they told to go to this hospital. We entered at 5:30PM on Wenseday we finished next day Thursday at 8:30AM. Lack of medical stuff, Dr.sWe stayed around 15 hours.....WOWFor something needed 10 minutes.
The service here is so bad. My friend's grandmother hurt herself and came here. She waited 15 hours and was not served! Now they are transferring her to a much better place where she'll actually be treated. What a nightmare of a hospital. They don't even deserve the star I gave them.
On my last tree planting expedition up north(st agathe camping ground), I came across a pack of black bear cubs. I started feeding them strawberries from my farm and they were so joyful and cute. That is until their mom came along. She attacked me with her enormous paws and left marks across my face and my chest. I did not have my phone so I crawled along the 329. After completing my 3.3km journey, I got to the Laurentien Hospital. I was so relieved. It only took me 3 hours but I made it. When I walked in, it didn't seem too busy. I got checked in and was told that it wouldn't be too long. Hearing that was great news, because well, I had a hole in my upper body and the sooner it was sewed up the better. I ended up waiting 10 hours, I'm surprised I didn't bleed out. What a horrible experience. The next time I'm attacked by a bear, I think I'm just going to go home and sew myself up. The people here made me lose my patience and I plant trees for a living. I think I'm the most patient person in the world as it takes over 10 years for trees to have an actual impact.Whatever you do, don't come here, you're better off driving to a place that will provide you with proper medical attention.
The waiting times in the emergency room are ridiculous here. I came at 17h00 and it is now almost 02h00 of the next day and I havent seen a doctor yet. I left without seeing a doctor after wasting 9 hours (!). If I could give 0 stars, I would. The order at which they do things is very inefficient. I would be out of ER in an hour if that would be in the states, but here...
17 hour wait with 1 doctor only. Worst emergency experience. Rude staff and very unorganized.
